Delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Quiet rooms. GORGEOUS backyard garden and view of the lake. We visited in November and adored the fall colors in the trees. The canoe and hammocks were such a nice treat. This made planning a romantic weekend trip with my husband so easy. Thank you!
This was the perfect getaway spot that I could drive to and go relax away from the big city. I recently stayed for the 3rd time this week. My first visit was in 2007. My second visit was in 2015. Every stay has been amazing and so relaxing. The staff went above and beyond for our dietary needs. This will always be my favorite place to go unwind and relax. I would recommend this place to everyone!
my husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. loved it. so cozy and well appointed. very clean. it was close enough to town to take the baths and go for hikes. we spent a lot of time on the balcony relaxing. Mountain room had a great view of the lake! Staff was friendly and attentive. and the food was actually really good. I highly recommend it.
Lookout Point Lakeside Inn was nothing short of amazing! The location was perfect right on Lake Hamilton. From the first minute we walked in the front door the experience with the staff was professional, friendly and extremely accommodating! The room was even better than the pictures on the website. The room and the entire Inn and grounds were so clean and immaculate. The coffee and breakfast every morning were delicious and an unexpected treat! The views from the room were perfect and sitting on the patio was so tranquil! It was the perfect, quiet getaway we were looking for to celebrate my 60th birthday. We felt so at home here and will definitely be back soon.
This was one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed. And I travel a lot. The biggest thing to point out is the breakfast here. The in room or in dining room breakfast room is by the best breakfast you can have in a hotel. Top notch and something new every single morning. My wife and I love it. The lakeside gardens going out to the lake are very quiet and peaceful. Great for an afternoon/sunset happy hour. We had beer and appetizers provided from the hotel down by the lake. Absolutely delicious as well! My wife and I enjoyed a nice Canoe trip out on the lake, provided by LOP, at no cost to us. The only thing I would warn about is that there is very limited smoking on site. They have a designated area in the parking lot, but I sure wish I could have smoked a cigar down by the lake. Overall, we can't rate our experience here high enough.
There is a reason this place is voted most romantic -- it truly is a haven of beauty and restorative scenery. The pictures do not do justice for the rooms and back walking garden area. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the property because everything we needed was right there. Also, it's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but still so close that we could hop in the car and go hike in minutes. Great service, too. This place lives up to the reputation - 5 stars!
Our first time to stay at Lookout Point for a Valentine's weekend getaway. Could not be more impressed with the level of service and a very real sense of making sure our stay was the best possible from the entire staff. Robin was kind, accommodating, professional and thorough with our orientation when we checked in. The level of local knowledge and recommendations for dining or activities was also outstanding. We will definitely stay at Lookout Point the next time we visit Hot Springs Arkansas.
What a lovely hotel with attentive staff. We booked a short stay with our dog. They immediately brought her a pup cup with her name on it. So thoughtful! Breakfast comes with the reservation and it was delicious! Would definitely come back again.
